Description of project:
Development and delivery of a program of high level "second track" meetings in Hanoi on the impact of the 1997 Asian financial crisis on the countries of East Asia involving regional leaders from government, business, the media, education and research institutes.

• A private meeting of the Council with the Prime Minister of Vietnam

Services provided:
Research and development; liaison with senior levels of Vietnamese Government and Business; project management; design and facilitation of high level "second track" policy forums; management of participant identification from countries of East Asia and invitation process; practical logistics including travel, accommodation, meeting venues; protocol management; research and preparation of academic research and policy papers and publications.
