Description of project:
A capacity-building project designed to assist the Department of International Trade and Economic Assistance in the PRC Ministry of Trade and Economic Cooperation to improve the policy and processes for the coordination of international development donor assistance from donor agencies to the various sectors of the PRC Government.

Capacity-building program design and delivery including: Consultations with MOFTEC/DITEA and International Donor Agencies; Consultations with Government Agencies in Thailand, Latvia and Australia; Study Tours of Senior PRC Officials to Latvia, Thailand and Australia; Reflective Workshop Australia; Workshop Beijing; Policy Analysis, Proposals and Recommendations
