UNSW Global has advised on the development of improved management and operation of all levels of governments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service provision. We have assisted communities to clarify their needs and worked with government agencies to address those needs and remove constraints to development.

UNSW Global strongly supports the thesis that there is an essential link between open democratic and accountable systems of government and the ability to achieve sustained economic and social development. For almost 30 years UNSW Global has demonstrated the idea that institutional strengthening and training increases the capacity of government agencies to provide effective services in an open and accountable manner. It is central to successful implementation of all our World Bank, ADB and AusAID projects.
